I'm jonesing for LJ comments. Apparently, I can post some on other peoples' blogs, but I can't do so on mine *cries*
Roommate was in this morning. This might be a problem. He's a talker. As in, he talks a hell of a lot. Rambles even. Doesn't know when to shut up. People who know me know that I am most definitively not a morning person. I'll do my best not to kill him, but if I ever do, do you think “he kept talking to me before I had a chance to get my first cup of coffee” would be a valid defense?
If it makes you feel any better, I'm not getting email notifications and it's pissing me off something fierce. I just keep refreshing the pages like the bored dork that I am. *kicks LJ*

Erm, you're welcome? And ewww, boy kisses! I'm gonna get cooties!

oh shush you. It's not like I go around kissing everybody I meet. Besides, I'm clean and I only kiss girls, so you're fine :P No cooties for you.

I only kiss girls
You know what that means, don't you? I'm closer to kissing an actual girl now than I was ten minutes ago. Woohoo! You're the best! ;p

definitively not a morning person
I hear ya. New boy most definitely IS a morning person, and is convinced that everyone has to be awake when he is. Boy laughs at me, as he watches my brain slowly assemble itself at the clock gets closer to noon. On the other hand, I get to watch his brain slowly fall apart as the clock gets closer to midnight… so I guess its fair in the end.
I have learned that as long as they don't require responses from you, you can at least attempt to tune them out in the morning… come to think of it, even if they do require responses, the most they ever get is a grunt (or the evil morning eye).
Still, it is better if you can get them to shut the hell up entirely before noon.

Agreed :)
I have my parents well trained, and even most of my coworkers :) I just need to grunt a few times at him and he'll get the picture :P
