You don't need a press drill to do this job. You can buy a drill bit for metal (~2-3$) and use a regular drill. But first you have to “punch” the thing you want to drill with a nail (where you want the hole), otherwise the drill will move around on the metal surface and it will ruin the thing you want to drill.
