Dog Condoms

Has to be a hoax, but an amusing one. Made me smile, anyway.

I should be jumping up and down with joy. Instead, I'm counting beans worrying how I'm going to make everything work until the end of May.

This sucks the big, fat, hairy, boil-covered, pus-filled ass.

Things are starting to happen for my move. The first load of boxes – mostly containing books I'm not bringing with me – is safely tucked away at the folks'. Interesting news on the apartment front. The place in Cambridge I wanted is mine but for the verification of my references. I should find out before thursday. Once that's done, things can start moving at a faster clip – mostly on the paperwork side of things.

Had a dentist appointment this morning – I'm making full use of my dental plan while I still have one :) That, and I hadn't been for a cleaning in over 2 years, eeeep! As such, there was a goodly amount of gunk that required scraping and now my gums are a bit sensitive. Meh, that'll pass. My dentist is officially insane. I love the guy. I've been going to see him for over 25 years. That's more than a few of you who are reading this have been alive. This makes me giggle.

Yyou can give me something cheap and tacky but as long as it's giftwrapped, i'm a happy bunny. I'm shallow and superficial, but I'm easy to please

I'm covered in dust. I've just spent the last 2 hours going “toss! keep! sell!” in my head. I threw out an amazing amount of paper, and about half my books are going to get stored at my folks' place. I've quite a little pile of stuff that's going to get sold at my sister's next sidewalk sale. All in all, a good feeling… except for the fact that I'll be horking dust for the next two days. Did I mention the dust?

What's your headache spot? Mine usually is behind my right eye. Except that right now, my headache is at my right temple, along my hairline and stops behind my ear. It's highly annoying. I'll be glad when all this mess is over.

I'm making a list of the books I have on my bookshelf that will go to Cambridge. I'm probably going to cut out about half of those out of the list, but still, it's good to know which books I have, if only for insurance purposes. The sad part is that I have another bookshelf that's completely full – I just didn't have the will do list it tonight. Anyway, all those books are staying in canada, so it's not really that important.
