Katy and I went for a scenic (!) country drive last weekend and we ended up at Chilford Hall, a local winery where we will be having the wedding ceremony and reception, barring any unforeseen incident.
When we went to visit, the hall we've booked was already set up to host a birthday party but you'll get a good idea of what the overall room looks like:

Dear lord, details are actually starting to be firmed up!
looks gorgeous! and rainy :)

it didn't rain that day, but this is England, so that can change by the minute :) I now know why the british are so keen to talk about the weather. It's like gambling here, you never know what you're going to get. It rained where we live last night, but two hours south of here, half a foot of snow fell in one shot.

They actually make wine in the UK?

surprisingly, they do. I was curious about that myself. We tasted it. They mostly make whites, and while they dry white isn't exciting, their medium white is quite fruity and refreshing.
