You know the xmas tree I mentioned in a previous post? The same post where I put recent pictures of our monster?
Well, it only took him 2 days to destroy it. Ok, ok, so I'm being overly dramatic here, but we got home last night to find the tree fallen on the floor and baubles strewn everywhere in the living room and in the kitchen. I was not amused.
Still, no major harm done. The tree is a bit worse for wear, but it's now solidly anchored to a wall. I'm still picking up stray baubles in the morning, but I guess there's no avoiding that.
Well, at least you can now say you were expecting it, so you must be psychic… ;-)
I stumbled across this only two minutes ago. I thought you would appreciate it…

oh, and the next one after that.

Oh, it just makes my own baby seem dull. We thought he might be interested in the tree, but he took very little notice of it except that he decided that sleeping under it amongst the presents was very comfy… it's now his usual place to sleep during the evenings at Christmas.

I'd take a little bit of dull at the moment :)

You know purring and looking cute is a survival mechanism for kittens, right? 'Cause if they didn't look so gosh darned cute, we'd kill the little furry bastards for the havoc they cause!

That happens almost every year at my house. So my dad ties the tree to the wall… problem solved.
