Well, that’s random
Spotted in Lausanne. A well-bosomed werewolf, with a travel suitcase.
Mess of cats
Katy keeps complaining that Bean always leaves his cats lying around and never puts them away after he’s done with them.
He’s our boy

I got a twig
The people at work sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a twig (which was later taken back, but for good reasons). My work people are nuts, and they’re a big reason why I like my job.
First goal achieved
As of today, the bathroom scales tell me that I am below 100kg for the first time. Next goal is to go below 200lbs.
[recipe] St-Hubert traditional coleslaw
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) white vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon (2.5 ml) onion salt
6 cups (1 medium) thinly sliced cabbage (with a knife)
1 cup (2 large) shredded carrots
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cabbage and carrots. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow all flavours to blend.

Katy and I watched Chef, a movie where a chef loses his restaurant job and starts a food truck as a way to get back his creative mojo and get his life back into shape. We really like that movie. It’s also serious food porn and put us in the mood for Cuban sandwiches. So I made some today.

Katy and I took a lakeside stroll to go see the fireworks.
