240g flour
50g brown sugar
160g molasses
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp salt
6g cacao
90g oil
180g Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Zest of one orange
Combine wet ingredients in a stand mixer. Weigh out and combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine by mixing gently until shiny batter forms. Bake 175C for 45-50m or until cake tester comes out clean.
