2 thick slices day-old bread
1 medium cucumber
1 medium red onion
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
60ml extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp fresh tarragon
Salt and pepper
Chili oil, onion bits, crumbled bacon to garnish
